WHO WE ARE ?

Bühler + Partner Architekten, founded in 1989 by engineer-architect Wolfgang Bühler, is an architecture studio based in the heart of Tübingen, Germany. Our international team brings together expertise in architecture, engineering, interior design, and urban planning. We work mainly across Germany and Italy, developing a wide range of projects from thoughtful renovations to large-scale urban planning and innovative new architecture. At the core of our practice is a new way of thinking about building — one that respects the needs of people, protects nature, and considers the social impact of every space we create.

At Bühler + Partner, we believe architecture must go beyond aesthetics. Every project is a dialogue between people, nature and the urban environment. We design spaces that respond to human needs, respect the natural world and contribute positively to social life. WOLFGANG BÜHLER

Wolfgang Bühler, founder and director architect of the firm, established the firm over 30 years ago. He began his academic journey in interior design, later earning qualifications as an Ingenieur Architect and completing a master's in architecture focused on urban design. He is also certified as a Feng Shui master.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Izmir University of Economics in Turkey and a Master of Science in Architecture from KU Leuven.

BA. Architecture l Interior Design

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Université libre de Bruxelles; currently pursuing a Master's in Interior Design at LABASAD – School of Art and Design in Barcelona.

Karolina Karbowiak used to work full-time at our firm and now runs her own studio, Karboviak Interiors, in Poland. She remains our trusted collaborator for interior design visualization.

JÖRG-WALTER KARL

Construction Management

Jörg-Walter Karl, master carpenter and construction manager, joined the firm with over 35 years of experience. He now offers support, advice, and construction management at Bühler + Partner, with a focus on renovation and conversion.
